We upgraded our website on 2/25/2010. Here's some information on how this upgrade may affect your user account.
If you have had a user account prior to 2/25/2010 it is necessary for you to go through the registration process again. It only takes a couple minutes and will allow us to serve you better.
If you registered after 2/25/2010 but never received your confirmation email, please ensure that your email junk filter is configured to allow emails from info@charterlakes.com and then have the confirmation email resent. Sometimes these emails can end up in spam folders.
